Colvèra is a personal branding project for a luxury hotel inspired by the understated elegance of nature and refined European heritage. The name, derived from the French word colvert (mallard duck), evokes a sense of calm sophistication and exclusivity—core qualities that shaped the direction of the identity.

The visual language was informed by the hotel’s location in the South of France, emphasizing serenity, heritage, and timeless beauty. Clean, minimal forms and a muted, nature-inspired palette—featuring warm neutrals, rustic oranges, and rich greens—create a refined yet grounded atmosphere. Typography plays a central role in balancing tradition with modernity: an elegant serif communicates heritage and grace, while a complementary sans-serif introduces clarity and contemporary appeal.

The final identity positions Colvèra confidently within the luxury hospitality space—refined but approachable, historic yet modern. It offers guests and viewers a visual experience of calm, beauty, and belonging.
